Important Information for Signet Policyholders
Signet policyholders seeking to make claims on their insurance policy for full reimbursement of costs associated with the purchase of an extended service contract have reported communication problems with Signet. In some instances, Signet is taking a long time to respond to claims. Please be sure that you read your policy agreement and comply with the terms and conditions. Moreover, Signet may request a photo of your vehicle’s mileage odometer showing that the vehicle has between 100,000 and 101,000 miles on it. Please be proactive and take a photograph of your odometer as soon as your vehicle goes over 100,000 miles.
